Serving with her husband, Harlyn, they founded 180 Church and have served their community 43 years.

Jeri founded Hearts Without Borders, a missions organization, and she founded Matson Medical Clinic in Burundi, Africa where thousands of have come to Christ, been healed, and ministered to in body, soul and spirit.

In 2007,  Jeri founded the Firstlady House in Rocklin and was voted woman of the year by the Rocklin-Loomis Soroptimist  Club in 2009 for her work with women and children worldwide.

Her ministry at Folsom Women’s Prison includes a Wednesday Bible Study and the Sunday afternoon church service.  Prison ministry has become a passion for her and the fruit of her ministry is evident as women are saved, discipled, and released to become today’s on-fire church.

Jeri is affectionately known as “Grandma Honey” by her two beautiful grand-daughters, Brittany and Lexi.  Their daughter, Robyn, teaches second grade and  is married to Erik, a fireman and paramedic.  Jeri and Harlyn also have a son, Josh (age 34).

Jeri and Harlyn have parented 18 foster children, and  given a home to unwed mothers and babies.  Their home is dedicated as a city of refuge for the bruised, battered and broken where restoration births destiny!

Jeri has three “baby Jeri’s” named after her in the world:

Baby Jeri in the Philippines is now 22, Baby Jeri in Kenya is22, and Baby Jeri in Burundi is 18!
